The JCC invites you to join a wonderful virtual womens’ wellness and exercise class, each Tuesday at 12pm.

The class is taught by an RN, who is also a Certified Health, Wellness, Fitness, Tai Chi & Yoga Coach/Teacher.
We’ll work on balance, endurance, core, strength and stretching.
